How We Got Here

Spoiler: It involves a lot of burned burgers, questionable life choices, and one very patient landlord.

The Real Story

Back in 2020, Alex was working at a high-end restaurant where they charged $35 for a burger that wasn't even that good (his words, not ours... okay, ours too). He had this crazy idea: what if we made actually great food and didn't charge people a week's rent for it?

So he bought a beat-up food truck on Craigslist (it barely ran), convinced Sarah to quit her cushy job (still apologizing for that), and somehow talked Mike into leaving Silicon Valley (long story). Three years later, we're still here, still cooking, and honestly surprised we made it this far.

Here's the thing - we're not trying to be fancy. We're just trying to make food that's worth the calories. Fresh ingredients, honest prices, and zero BS. That's it. If you want white tablecloths and tiny portions, we're not your people. But if you want a burger that'll make you question every life decision that led you to not eat here sooner? Yeah, we can do that.

Former event planner who got tired of dealing with bad catering companies. Joined us to 'show everyone how it's done.' She wasn't wrong.

Prep Cook & Quality Control

Engineering degree from MIT. Quit tech to cook food. His parents still don't understand. But his knife skills are insane, so we're not complaining.
